3. Pre-Order Terms

3.1 Pre-Order Deposit

Pre-orders require a deposit of $500 CAD. This deposit secures your place in our production queue and will be applied toward the estimated final purchase price of approximately $25,000 CAD for the Rubbish Energy machine.

3.2 Fully Refundable

Your pre-order deposit is fully refundable at any time before shipment. You may request a refund for any reason by contacting us or using our order management portal. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

3.3 No Obligation

A pre-order deposit does not obligate you to complete the purchase. Before we ship your machine, we will contact you to confirm your order and collect the remaining balance. You may cancel at that time with a full refund of your deposit.

3.4 Pricing

The final price of the Rubbish Energy machine has not been finalized. Pre-order customers will be notified of the final price before being asked to complete their purchase. If you find the final price unacceptable, you may cancel your pre-order for a full refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Estimated Timeline

We are currently targeting Summer 2026 for initial shipments. This is an estimate and may be subject to change based on development progress, regulatory approvals, and manufacturing timelines.

4.2 Shipping Area

Pre-orders are currently available for Canadian addresses only. We may expand to international shipping in the future.

4.3 Delivery Updates

We will keep you informed of development progress and any changes to the estimated delivery timeline via the email address provided with your pre-order.

5. Product Information

The Rubbish Energy machine is currently in development. Product specifications, features, and performance metrics shown on our website are based on our current prototypes and targets. Final product specifications may vary.

We make no guarantees regarding specific fuel output, conversion rates, or other performance metrics until the final product is released. Pre-order customers will receive detailed specifications before being asked to complete their purchase.

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1 Limited Warranty

Details of our product warranty will be provided with the final product. We anticipate offering a manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

6.2 Limitation of Liability
